I’m a board-certified psychiatrist with training from Harvard and Brown University. I specialize in psychotherapy, medication management. I studied at Brown University for both my undergraduate and medical degrees, where my interest in mental health began through neuroscience research. Early on, I saw how incredibly resilient people can be when given the right tools—skills, care, and support—and I’ve dedicated my career to helping people access those tools and thrive.
I completed my residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital/McLean Hospital Psychiatry Residency Program, where I served as outpatient chief resident. I now work as a staff psychiatrist at McLean Hospital and as an instructor at Harvard Medical School, in addition to my private practice.
