My Services

I offer in-person sessions at my office in Newton, MA and virtual appointments for those in Massachusetts and California.

    Psychotherapy

In therapy, we work together to understand both your strengths and the challenges that hold you back from living the life you want. My approach begins with your values and goals, creating a collaborative path toward growth and change. Drawing on evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I tailor treatment to your unique situation. Whether addressing trauma, relationship difficulties, or patterns that feel stuck, our work focuses on building clarity, resilience, and connection. My ultimate goal is to help you get better and eventually "become your own therapist".

    Medication Evaluation & Management

Medication can sometimes play an important role in recovery and stability. I take a collaborative and careful approach. I never push medication but instead help you make informed choices by weighing risks and benefits. If medication is part of your treatment, I provide thoughtful monitoring and adjustments, always integrating it with psychotherapy and your broader goals for well-being.

    Supervision & Training

As a trained Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT) clinician, I provide supervision and consultation for mental health professionals who wish to deepen their skills in MBT and related approaches. My supervision emphasizes practical application, clinical creativity, and therapist support in working with complex cases, particularly those involving personality and relational dynamics.
