I currently offer telehealth sessions for patients physically located in Massachusetts and California. Secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms allow us to maintain a consistent therapeutic connection regardless of where you are in those states. I offer in person appointments at my office in Newton, MA.

Consistency is vital for meaningful change, especially with specialized treatments like MBT or EMDR. Most patients meet with me once a week to start. As you get better we will decrease the frequency of sessions. Medication management-only appointments may occur less frequently once we have achieved stability.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. This allows us to prioritize your care and privacy without the restrictions often imposed by insurance carriers.

Many PPO insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services. I can provide you with a monthly "Superbill" (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
