I am considered out-of-network for billing purposes. I accept, HSA/FSA, debit or credit card for services.

Session fees:
50 min intake: 375

45-50 min therapy ± medication follow up: 375
30 min medication follow up: 300

At your request I will provide you with a monthly statement with diagnosis and appointment codes which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have coverage for out of network services. I recommend calling your insurance company to verify benefits. Therapy sessions are available for clients seeing me every other week or more.

When you talk to your insurance company, I recommend asking about reimbursement rates for the following codes:

CPT 90792: 50 minute initial evaluation

CPT 99214: 30 minute psychopharmacology appointment

CPT 99214 + 90833: 45-50 minute therapy appointment with psychopharm services

CPT 90834: 45-50 minute therapy appointment without psychopharm services

For telemedicine appointments, clients must by in California or Massachusetts at the time of the appointment due to state medical license restrictions. 

Sessions must be canceled 48 business hours in advance to avoid incurring a charge. Missed sessions are billed at the full fee.
